In celebration of International Women’s Day, Weekend Culture and Corner Room present a programme spotlighting women artists across different stages of their creative journeys.

The showcase brings together a full women’s Dikir Barat ensemble WAHANA DEKSU, introducing audiences to a vibrant and culturally rooted musical tradition from Singapore’s heritage while amplifying female representation within the form.

Alongside this, emerging talents such as TABLE FOR TWO will take the stage, offering audiences a glimpse into the next generation of performers through their interpretive cover sets which invite you into their process of discovery and growth.

Completing the line-up is HEEMA IZZATI, a rising young artist carving her own path in the scene, representing the evolving voice and potential of contemporary women musicians.
